Biology & Environmental Awareness of Tropical Coastal Habitats 

September 2-13, 2013

Nine students and three faculty members from the University of Oregon's Institute of Marine Biology are studying tropical marine biology and environmental issues in Bocas del Toro, Panama at the Smithsonian's Tropical Research Institute's marine laboratory.  The program is partially funded by the UO Williams Council.
Each day one of the students will provide a post about their experience.
